Dr. Carter is amazing! My family and I have just became patients here and I couldn't be more pleased with this decision. The receptionist was quite pleasant and quickly got our appointments scheduled. There was no hassle whatsoever. I had to change my appointment today, as it was scheduled too far out. There was no problem setting up an appointment sooner. My oldest and youngest child saw Dr. Carter today and she was absolutely great with them. A very personable, professional, and caring doctor. There was no hurry, as she listened to my concerns and questions. She gave us her undivided attention. She spoke to me in a manner that you can tell she truly cares about the well being of her patients. In the past I've felt rushed by doctors to get us out as quickly as possible. This is not the case at this facility.

After serving 32 years in my pervious occupation at various locations, I believed that I had received only the finest in medical treatment. I was wrong! I recently moved to the Winchester area and found a TRICARE Provider at the Stephens City Family Medicine Clinic. The services have gone well past my expectations. First and foremost, the medical treatment is exceptional. The supporting administrative and medical staffs are always pleasant and professional. They have always been timely and well informed of my family’s appointment times and me. Last but not least, they ensure my insurance claims are properly submitted in a timely manner. TO say that my family and I are very pleased with the people and service of this clinic would be a gross understatement. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for personal and professional care.

Dr. Craig is a wonderful physician! He is very compassionate and caring. I can’t thank him enough for taking such good care of my hubby with his heart condition. Thanks so much for all you do!

Dr. Carter is the best doctor ever! She listens and I always leave feeling better. All of the nurses are really nice and the receptionists are too! Also, they are opening up an urgent care type clinic this summer for walk ins. Even if you're not a patient you can use that clinic. :)

Dr. Grant is the best Dr. in the Winchester area. He schedules time for his patients and sits down and talks with to fully understand what the problem could be. You never feel that he doesn't have enough time for you. He is willing to consider therapies that might be considered holistic medicine. My mother has had several health issues and he is always willing to listen to the families concerns. His office staff is very helpful also.

I’ve seen all three doctors at this practice, and they’re all really good doctors. They listen carefully and take their time with each patient. Highly recommend!
