Dr. Chris Craig

Dr. Craig received a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1988. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004 from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed the Virginia Commonwealth University Residency program in June 2006. Dr. Craig is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Joel Grant

Dr. Joel Grant received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Texas in 1997. He received his Doctor of Medicine in 2001 from the University of Texas Medical Branch. He completed his residency program in Front Royal, Virginia in June 2004. Dr. Grant is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Jennifer Hawkins

Dr. Jennifer Hawkins received a Bachelor of Sciences in Chemistry and Biology from Ohio University in 2001. She received her Doctor of Medicine in 2005 and completed her family medicine residency in 2008, both at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She stayed on there as faculty until 2013, when she moved to Virginia to be closer to family. Dr. Hawkins practices the entire spectrum of family medicine and has particular interests in pediatrics and women’s health. She is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Crista Warniment

Dr. Warniment received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University in 2001. She received her Doctor of Medicine in 2005 from the Texas A&M University Health Sciences Center College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine in 2008 at the University of Virginia. She completed her fellowship in Information Mastery and Faculty Development at UVA in 2009. She was a faculty member at UVA from 2008-2012 prior to moving to this area of Virginia. Dr. Warniment is board certified in family medicine. She enjoys full spectrum family care. She is proficient in Spanish.

Kacey Sebert, PA-C

Kacey received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Radford University in 2005. She received a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2007 from Shenandoah University. Kacey joined the practice in 2008 and enjoys all aspects of family medicine but has special interests in women’s health care and gynecology.
