By popular demand, we have put together a list of insurance plans we are in-network with. We hope this list will helpful to our patients when shopping for new insurance plans. This information is subject to change, but we will do our best to keep it current. As a courtesy, we will file all insurance claims for our patients both in-network as well as out-of-network.
Please note, our providers are credentialed with certain insurances carriers, such as Anthem Healthkeepers with SCFM Convenience Clinic but the providers are not credentialed with Stephens City Family Medicine. This means, if you are covered under the Anthem Healthkeepers POS network then the visits will go under out-of-network benefits if seen at Stephens City Family Medicine. Any other Anthem Healthkeepers networks are not accepted at Stephens City Family Medicine.
